B-Tech Description: We are seeking highly skilled B-Techs who may be new to the industry but are eager to learn and grow with our team! We offer flexible pay structures, including flat rate, hourly, and hybrid options. We are willing to train the right person to perform routine services such as oil changes, brakes, flushes, belts, and maintenance items. As a member of our team, you must be clean, punctual, and always willing to jump in and assist your fellow technicians when needed. Join us and take your automotive career to the next level!
Starting rate for skilled B-Techs begin at $20 an hour. We are located in beautiful Firestone, Colorado, just minutes from i-25. Working for R&D gives you the benefit of working at a family owned and operated shop that values open communication and sharing the work evenly. If you are eager to learn, we will teach you the skills you need to become an A-Tech. We offer incentive-based pay, so the more effort you put in, the more you can get paid.
